Nothing here needs anything else first. A shop does not need a website before it, and an app does not need a shop. If you take more than one, it is one project and we only ask you about your business once.

An app is not a website, so we do not pretend the ongoing charge is website hosting. There is the app being built, and then there is keeping it working on phones that change twice a year — shown as its own line, separate from website hosting.
An app is not a replacement for a website, and most businesses should get the website right first. If an app is not the right thing for you yet, we would rather tell you that than sell you one.
