What if I don’t like it?
Nothing is charged until you have seen a real design and said yes. After that you get up to two rounds of revisions.
Is the price the price?
Every amount shown excludes GST, and GST is added as its own line before you pay. Hosting is a separate ongoing charge and your web address renews yearly — both are shown separately on purpose, not hidden inside the website price. You’ll see all of it on one page before anything is charged.
Who owns the website?
You do. It is your website, your web address registered in your name, and your content.
Do I need to know anything technical?
No. You will never be asked about DNS, name servers, hosting configuration or transfers. That is our side of the work.
How do I pay?
Payment is handled by Stripe. Your card details never reach RHIXO.
Is a blog included?
Blogging is a website capability rather than a separate product. Which packages include it is set out in the package comparison.
Are the business tools included in my website?
No. Innovion, EzBillable, BrandBox, Social Fusion and the document offerings are separate products, each bought on its own.
