Whatever you answer, we handle the technical side. You will never be asked about DNS, name servers or transfers.
What it costs, and who you pay
A web address is registered with a domain registrar, not with RHIXO, and it renews once a year. That charge is the registrar’s and you pay it to them. It is not part of what RHIXO charges you, and RHIXO does not add anything to it.
We will tell you what the registrar wants before you commit to an address, and we handle the setting up either way.
- If you already have one — it stays yours and it stays with your registrar. You keep renewing it with them, exactly as you do now. There is nothing new to pay because of us.
- If you need one — we help you choose it and register it in your name. The registration is paid to the registrar, not to RHIXO.
- Renewal — a web address renews once a year, with the registrar, for as long as you want to keep it. That is true whether you brought it with you or we set it up.
