A tenant app built around the two things tenants actually need: getting something fixed, and having the paperwork when it matters. Minimal, plain and unpersuasive, because a tenancy app that tries to delight is a tenancy app that has misread the relationship. Nothing states a legal right or obligation on either party's behalf.
