RHIXO Promotions and Voucher Terms

Rules for Founder discounts, complimentary websites, included hosting periods and promotional vouchers.

This document forms part of the RHIXO controlled legal framework and operates with the RHIXO Customer Agreement, RHIXO Product and Service Schedule and accepted order where relevant.

1. Scope

These terms apply whenever RHIXO issues or accepts a promotional code, Founder voucher, complimentary website offer or included-hosting promotion. The specific offer presented at checkout or issued in writing forms part of the accepted order.

2. Percentage Founder vouchers

Unless an offer expressly states otherwise, a 25%, 50% or 75% Founder voucher discounts only the upfront website purchase charge. It does not discount recurring hosting, subscriptions, add-ons, taxes or third-party charges. A Founder discount recipient must keep the website on RHIXO hosting for the first 12 months, subject to non-excludable rights and any agreed remedy.

3. 100% website voucher

A 100% website voucher may reduce the website purchase charge to zero. If hosting is not included in the promotion, the standard hosting fee shown at checkout remains payable from the first hosting period. A zero website price does not reduce the ongoing hosting rate.

4. Included hosting promotions

A promotion may expressly include 6 or 12 months of RHIXO hosting. During the included period, no hosting payment is collected for the included months. At the end of that period, hosting continues at the standard recurring price disclosed in the accepted order unless validly cancelled or otherwise agreed. Included hosting is a time-limited benefit, not a permanent change to the recurring price.

5. Complimentary 30-day website

Where RHIXO offers a complimentary website for 30 days, the eligible website may remain online during the stated period without a website purchase charge. Before the period ends, the customer must choose and complete an available paid purchase option to keep the site online. If payment is not completed when due, RHIXO may place the site offline. Any included social media kit is not released before the end of the 30-day period and any stated eligibility/payment condition is met.

6. No payment, no commission

Where an order is genuinely complimentary and no money is collected, no payment is recorded for the zero-value component and no affiliate commission is earned on that amount. Commission may arise later only on qualifying amounts actually collected under the Affiliate and Referral Programme Terms.

7. Code controls

Voucher codes may be limited by customer, offer, product, use count, expiry date or other stated eligibility. Invalid, expired, already-used or inapplicable codes may be refused. Codes have no cash value and may not be sold or transferred unless the offer expressly allows it.

8. Stacking

Promotions do not stack unless RHIXO expressly states otherwise. Where more than one offer could apply, RHIXO may require the customer to choose one eligible offer before checkout.

9. Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
