This document forms part of the RHIXO controlled legal framework and applies as described below. It operates together with the RHIXO Customer Agreement, RHIXO Product and Service Schedule, accepted order and other incorporated documents where relevant.
1. Service description
RHIXO provides website design/build automation, onboarding, deployment and optional hosting and related digital services according to the selected package. The specific package, price and inclusions shown in the accepted order control.
2. 24-hour delivery proposition
Where an eligible package is marketed as a 24-hour website, the delivery target begins only when the order is accepted and all information, approvals, assets and access reasonably required by the onboarding flow have been supplied in usable form. The target may be paused for Customer delay, requested scope changes, unsupported requests, third-party outages, security issues or circumstances outside reasonable control. Any exclusion material to the purchase must be disclosed before checkout.
3. Customer content and approvals
The Customer is responsible for the accuracy, legality and ownership/permission of supplied business information, claims, images, trade marks and other content. RHIXO may refuse or pause content reasonably believed unlawful, infringing, deceptive or unsafe.
4. Build, QA and delivery
RHIXO may use automated generation and QA controls. A website may be held from delivery if it fails a material QA gate. Holding a site for QA is not acceptance that the site is complete. The Customer must not be silently delivered a site known to have failed a material quality gate.
5. Hosting
Where RHIXO hosting is purchased, hosting is a separate service and fee unless the accepted offer expressly includes a stated hosting period. Current hosting pricing and inclusions are those shown at checkout. Migration away from RHIXO hosting is subject to the Customer's applicable minimum commitment, outstanding fees and technical export requirements.
6. Monthly website plans
Where a website is purchased on a monthly plan, the order may include a minimum 12-month commitment. The exact plan, monthly amount and minimum term must be displayed and accepted at checkout. Early cancellation does not remove fees due for an accepted minimum commitment except where law or an agreed remedy requires otherwise.
7. Founder and promotional discounts
Where offered, Founder percentage discounts apply only to the website purchase charge identified by the promotion and do not discount monthly hosting unless expressly stated. Founder discount recipients must remain with RHIXO hosting for the first 12 months. Promotional offers may instead include 6 or 12 months of hosting or other stated benefits. Promotion conditions presented at checkout form part of the order.
8. Complimentary 30-day website offer
Where the complimentary 30-day offer is used, the Customer may operate the eligible website for the stated trial period. Before the end of the period, the Customer must choose an available paid purchase option to keep the site online. If payment is not completed when due, RHIXO may place the site offline without deleting it immediately, subject to the applicable retention policy. A social media kit, where included in the offer, is not released until after 30 days and any stated payment/eligibility condition is met.
9. Social media kits and add-ons
Social media packs, premium assets, integrations and add-ons are governed by the inclusions and entitlement shown in the order. They are not implied merely because a website package has been purchased.
10. Domains and third-party services
Domain registration, DNS, email, hosting infrastructure, payments and other components may use third-party providers. Where RHIXO supplies/manages the component, RHIXO Support remains the customer's front door and will coordinate supplier escalation as appropriate.
11. Intellectual property
The Customer retains supplied materials. On full payment of any separately identified customer-owned website deliverable, the Customer receives the ownership or licence stated in the order. RHIXO/InnovatechIQ retains platform software, automation, reusable templates, design systems, libraries, tooling, know-how and other pre-existing/reusable IP.
12. Customer changes after publication
Where the Customer edits a delivered site, RHIXO is not responsible for defects caused solely by those changes. Automated rebuild or reissue processes must not overwrite customer-authored published content unless the relevant workflow is authorised and can distinguish customer changes from RHIXO-managed output.
13. Support
RHIXO support cases are handled through the central Support Service. Technical issues may be escalated to Engineering or to external suppliers while the RHIXO case remains the customer-facing record.
14. Consumer rights
Nothing in this Schedule excludes Australian Consumer Law rights or other mandatory rights that apply to the Customer.
15. Promotions, vouchers and affiliate referrals
Promotional discounts, complimentary offers and included-hosting benefits are governed by the RHIXO Promotions and Voucher Terms. Affiliate attribution and commission are governed by the RHIXO Affiliate and Referral Programme Terms. A promotion or referral arrangement does not alter recurring hosting or commission unless the applicable controlled terms expressly say so.
16. Hosting and domain services
Where RHIXO supplies or manages hosting, domains, DNS or SSL, the RHIXO Hosting and Domain Services Schedule also applies.
