This document forms part of the RHIXO controlled legal framework and applies as described below. It operates together with the RHIXO Customer Agreement, RHIXO Product and Service Schedule, accepted order and other incorporated documents where relevant.
1. Prices and taxes
Prices are displayed in the currency and tax treatment shown at checkout. The checkout/order record controls the amount due. Customers are responsible for taxes that law requires them to bear, excluding taxes imposed on our income.
2. Payment authority
By providing a payment method and completing checkout, the Customer represents it is authorised to use that method and authorises charges that are clearly disclosed as due under the order, including recurring charges where explicitly accepted.
3. Subscriptions and renewal
Subscription frequency, minimum commitment and renewal are stated before purchase. Where a subscription renews automatically, the Customer authorises recurring billing until valid cancellation takes effect, subject to applicable law and any minimum commitment.
4. Failed and overdue payments
We may retry failed payments, notify the Customer, restrict paid functionality or suspend service after reasonable notice. We will not intentionally delete customer data merely because a payment fails without applying the applicable retention and termination process.
5. Cancellation
Cancellation takes effect according to the Product Schedule. A cancellation request does not retrospectively cancel a minimum term or amounts already due unless the Product Schedule, an agreed remedy or law provides otherwise.
6. Refunds
Payments are not refundable merely because the Customer changes its mind, stops using the Service or fails to cancel before a disclosed renewal, except where the Product Schedule expressly provides a refund or a refund/remedy is required by law. We will correct duplicate or demonstrably erroneous charges after verification.
7. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this Policy excludes, restricts or modifies consumer guarantees or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where the Australian Consumer Law applies, available remedies depend on the nature and seriousness of the failure and the circumstances.
8. Promotions, credits and vouchers
Promotions may have eligibility, product, payment-method, time, usage, minimum-term and non-stacking conditions disclosed with the offer. Unless expressly stated, a discount applies only to the identified charge and does not discount separate hosting, add-ons, taxes, renewals or third-party charges. Promotional credits have no cash value and are not transferable unless the offer states otherwise.
9. Pricing changes
We may change future prices. Changes to an existing committed term will be handled according to the Product Schedule and applicable law. Renewal pricing may differ where notice is provided as required.
10. Disputes and chargebacks
Billing concerns should first be lodged by emailing team@rhixo.com.au. Fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes made without a genuine basis may result in suspension, while legitimate statutory or card-scheme rights remain unaffected.
