This document forms part of the RHIXO controlled legal framework and operates with the RHIXO Customer Agreement, RHIXO Product and Service Schedule and accepted order where relevant.
1. Programme participation
Participation is subject to approval by RHIXO. Affiliates must provide accurate details, comply with applicable advertising, privacy and spam laws, and must not represent themselves as RHIXO employees, agents or partners with authority to bind RHIXO.
2. Attribution
A referral must be attributable through the RHIXO referral mechanism or another method RHIXO accepts as sufficient evidence. Duplicate, conflicting or manipulated attribution may be reviewed before commission is recognised.
3. Commission tiers
Website-sale commission is calculated at the affiliate tier approved for the affiliate. Current approved tiers may include 20%, 25% and 30% of the qualifying website amount actually collected, subject to the accepted programme terms and exclusions below. RHIXO may publish or agree different tiers prospectively.
4. Hosting commission
Where an affiliate is eligible for hosting commission, the current programme rate is 10% of qualifying RHIXO hosting amounts actually collected. No hosting commission is earned for a month included free under a promotion or for an amount that was not collected.
5. When commission is earned
Commission is not finally earned merely because an order is created. It is conditional on a qualifying customer payment being successfully collected, remaining valid through any applicable refund/reversal period, and the referral not being fraudulent, self-referred where prohibited, duplicated or otherwise ineligible.
6. Complimentary and discounted orders
No commission is earned on a zero-dollar component or any amount RHIXO did not collect. For discounted orders, commission is calculated on the qualifying amount actually collected unless the affiliate arrangement expressly states otherwise.
7. Refunds, chargebacks and reversals
If a qualifying payment is refunded, charged back, reversed or later determined ineligible, the related commission may be cancelled, offset against future commission or recovered where already paid, subject to law.
8. Prohibited conduct
- false, deceptive or unsubstantiated claims about RHIXO or its products;
- spam, unlawful direct marketing or use of purchased contact lists;
- impersonation, misleading domain names or paid advertising that falsely appears to be official RHIXO advertising;
- cookie stuffing, forced clicks, automated referrals or manipulation of attribution;
- self-referral, collusion, duplicate accounts or other conduct intended to manufacture commission where prohibited by the approved programme settings;
- use of RHIXO trade marks or creative assets outside the approved brand rules.
9. Payment and records
Commission statements and payment timing follow the approved programme settings communicated to the affiliate. RHIXO records the referral, qualifying payment, commission status and adjustments for audit and dispute handling.
10. Suspension and termination
RHIXO may suspend or terminate an affiliate for material breach, fraud, abuse, reputational harm or legal risk. Accrued legitimate commission remains subject to the programme rules and applicable law.
11. Changes
RHIXO may change programme rates or rules prospectively. Changes do not retrospectively reduce commission already finally earned under the applicable terms unless correcting fraud, error, refund or reversal.
12. Contact
Affiliate questions and disputes may be sent to team@rhixo.com.au.
