1. Lawful and authorised use
Users may use Services only for lawful purposes and within the permissions granted by the Customer, the Service and applicable documentation.
2. Security and unauthorised access
- do not probe, scan, exploit or bypass security controls without written authorisation;
- do not obtain, use or retain another person's credentials without authority;
- do not introduce malware, ransomware, destructive code or knowingly compromised material;
- do not disrupt service, overwhelm infrastructure or interfere with other tenants or users;
- do not attempt privilege escalation or tenant-boundary bypass.
3. Illegal, harmful and deceptive activity
- fraud, phishing, impersonation or deceptive conduct;
- unlawful harassment, threats or abusive conduct;
- content or conduct that infringes intellectual property, privacy, confidentiality or other rights;
- use designed to facilitate criminal activity or unlawful surveillance;
- material that is unlawful to possess, distribute or process in the relevant jurisdiction.
4. Data and content responsibilities
Users must have authority to upload or process data and must apply appropriate permissions. A customer must not use a product to collect categories of data the product is not designed to secure or process where doing so creates unreasonable risk or violates law.
5. Automated access, scraping and APIs
Automated use must occur through documented interfaces, approved integrations or written permission. Rate limits, quotas and technical restrictions must not be bypassed. Credentials, tokens and API keys must be protected.
6. AI and automated agents
AI and automation must also comply with the AI & Automation Terms. Users must not deliberately configure automation to perform unlawful actions, evade controls or execute high-impact irreversible actions without the approvals required by the Service.
7. Resource abuse
Services must not be used for unauthorised crypto-mining, denial-of-service activity, bulk unsolicited messaging, credential stuffing, botnets or workloads that materially impair shared infrastructure.
8. Investigations and enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations using proportionate technical and account information. We may block specific activity, quarantine content, restrict functionality, suspend users or accounts, or terminate for serious/repeated violations. Where practicable and safe, we will give notice and an opportunity to remedy. Immediate action may be taken for urgent security, legal or platform-integrity risks.
9. Reporting and appeals
Suspected abuse or a request to review an enforcement action should be lodged by emailing team@rhixo.com.au. A ticket record will be maintained.
